on November 4, 2010, Mr. Anek T. Rattanaporn, NSP acting Director paid a visit to University of Phayao and was welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wiboon Wattanatorn, Vice President of Research and Quality Assurance. At the conference, roles and responsibilities of NSP as well as future cooperation was discussed and introduced to government and private sectors.
